The Municipality of Córdoba is working on a digital transformation process to modernize its tourism management. The initiative aims to integrate scattered data sources, provide real-time insights, and enhance decision-making for sustainable tourism development. With over 200,000 annual visitors and a growing need for efficient digital services, the project focuses on transparency, accessibility, and long-term scalability.

Annual visitors supported through the platform
Integrated data sources from tourism, environment, and culture
Faster access to tourism performance indicators
Unified platform for sustainable tourism management
The Municipality of Córdoba faced difficulties managing tourism data coming from multiple independent sources such as accommodation providers, cultural centers, environmental monitoring, and transportation systems.
Tourism reports required extensive manual work, making it difficult to generate timely insights. This delayed strategic decision-making and limited the ability to promote sustainable practices, affecting both the visitor experience and long-term planning.
Danka designed and implemented an integrated tourism management platform, focusing on data interoperability, automation, and scalability. The solution was delivered in two major components:
Automation Delivery – The platform consolidates information from more than 100 data sources, automatically generating dashboards and reports for municipal teams.
Smart Data Migration – Historical data from previous systems was migrated into a unified repository, ensuring continuity and accuracy.
These efforts provided a transparent, reliable, and sustainable system that supports informed decision-making and improved visitor services.
